Chamomile Flower - Yeast Infection Solution?
Yeast infections have more than likely been around for as long as we have, and yet women have been able to survive them for ages before drug companies came along. How? Herbal remedies would be my first guess. Most of today's medicines originate herbally, so it makes sense.
If you subscribe to the power of herbs as cures, and even if you haven't been, but would like to, then you need to make sure that you have one particular herb in your possession before all others.
That one is Chamomile. Yes, the stuff that people commonly make tea from.
Chamomile is one of the most beneficial herbs to keep stocked. Why? Because chamomile is one plan that will benefit every member of the family. That's because chamomile can seemingly give relief from such a vast array of problems. In fact, many gardeners will claim that if you plant one of these plants near an ailing plant, the ailing one will be revived. I've not tried it so this isn't first hand knowledge.
What are some of the benefits of keeping chamomile stocked in your pantry, or medicine chest? Here are just a few:
For those getting on in years, they can receive help with ailments like arthritis, colitis, constipation, digestive problems, and more.
For women and girls how about help with yeast infections and menstrual cramping. It also helps to regulate an irregular period.
Would you like a few more examples? Okay. Let's talk about headaches and sore muscles. Feeling under the weather with a cold or flu? Fever and sore throat got you down. Give chamomile a shot.
Sunburn, and burns in general, will be eased with chamomile bag compresses.
In fact, fact there are so many ways that chamomile can be used that it's rather safe to say, try it first before taking any thing else. That's something of an exaggeration of course, but you get the idea.
So the next time that you feel compelled to go to the store for drugs for your yeast infection, maybe you should stop for a moment and think, "I read that article on the benefits of chamomile recently, I should give that a try."
Here's to you health and quick recovery.
